Ranch Style Facility with Double & Single Occupancy
House of Imani is an accessible Adult Family Home Licensed by the state of Wisconsin. This facility is designed to serve up to four ambulatory individuals with mild developmental disabilities and/or persistent cognitive illness who require support, guidance, and care in supervised community settings. This unique program will serve individuals with excellent mobility skills and is designed for both men and women. The program is staffed twenty-four hours daily by a program manager and/or trained resident care staff.
