Ranch Style Facility with Double & Single Occupancy

House of Imani is an accessible Adult Family Home Licensed by the state of Wisconsin. This facility is designed to serve up to four ambulatory individuals with mild developmental disabilities and/or persistent cognitive illness who require support, guidance, and care in supervised community settings. This unique program will serve individuals with excellent mobility skills and is designed for both men and women. The program is staffed twenty-four hours daily by a program manager and/or trained resident care staff.

Daily Meals and Snacks
Enjoy nourishing meals and snacks prepared with care to meet individual dietary needs. Our daily offerings are designed to provide balanced nutrition, ensuring both health and enjoyment. Mealtime is also an opportunity to foster social connections and build a sense of community.
Organized Mindfulness Activities
Participate in structured mindfulness sessions that promote relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being. These activities are tailored to provide calming experiences that support mental health and self-awareness. Each session encourages participants to connect with themselves and their surroundings in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Exercise Equipment Available

Stay active and healthy with access to a variety of exercise equipment designed for different fitness levels. Regular physical activity supports overall wellness and helps individuals maintain their independence.

We offer opportunities for individuals to engage in spiritual practices and community events based on their preferences.
